aCT branches are getting sorted out on the ATLAS side, more work on LDMX is needed. Seems to work on ARC7 without any changes. 

Something changes permissions of the entire controldir to 700 while upgrading from ARC6 to ARC7, probably a packaging bug (to be reported). 

Status of storage tokens for ATLAS is unclear, needs to be eventually implemented in aCT.
