 st part\, presentation will cover steps passed for 1st prototype fabricati
 on of ESS Medium-Beta  cavity in INFN-LASA as well as measurement results.
 \n\nIn the second part it will cover Higher Order Mode (HOM) studies on ES
 S Medium-Beta cavity\, designed in INFN-LASA\, including both simulation a
 nd measurement results. Mechanical tolerances of the fabrication process m
 ight shift HOMs frequencies toward harmonics of the bunch frequency. Both 
 simulation and measurements at room and cryogenic temperature show that th
