i) ARC6 UMEÅ retreat TODO list status checkup (listing only the open ones:

• implement the archivettl functionality for JURA:

  • not done

• Deployment of TOP-level archery node in nordugrid.org

  • done

• introduce consistent, clean CLI options

• Map_to_pool configurable limit (10 days).

  • implementation is done, testing is needed

• Do something with [arex/ganglia] and gangliarc. Maiken & Dyma

  • working on adding more metric. arc.conf.reference got cleaned up wrt ganglia

• Introduce explicit failure if the mapping procedure fails in a mapping rule in the mapping block

  • Aleksandr implemented a solution based on in-line options, a complicated structure such as  map_to_pool=onnomap=stop,onnogroup=continue atlas /etc/grid-security/pool/atlas

  • long discussion on alternative ways to configure mapping processing behaviour. Andrii will investigate modifers.

  • meanwhile Florido will describe what * does in arc.conf.reference

• Add warning in the validator for [gridftp/jobs] and [arex/ws/jobs] blocks without allow/denyaccess.

  • done

• SDK/cli: remove the matchmaking against authorized user nordugrid schema objects:Mattias.

  • done

• Add new parameter for [lrms] and the [queue:name] blocks called slurm_requirements.

  • waiting for Andrej to comment

 

 

ii) ARC6 status:

• Dyma reported that there are still some issues e.g. when large number of jobs cancelled by ACT.
• Anders reported something with arcget
• Maiken asked Mattias to add configuration option for enabling internal plugin during build.
