The conference will address new developments of the Green's function technique for quantum kinetics, applications to specific systems, simulation of time-dependent processes, as well as numerical implementations for efficient simulations. The discussion of these issues will be complemented by talks on emerging experimental techniques, to strengthen the connection between applications and theoretical advances.
