EPEL6 comes to an end, keeping old builds increases complexity of the code/builds.
VOMS server is being shut down, so no nordugrid.org VO.

== Bugs

* 3968 is the only new bug, not critical

== Release

Controldir needs a lot of work and testing, so won't be included in a minor release. End-november is still the target time for the minor release.

== ARC7 workshop
