The meeting was dedicated to discuss the gitlab procedures outlined here:

agreement was reached. Maiken will finalize the text.

 

Other two topics we briefly touched:

1) 6.16 release:  nightlies should be built Today/Tomorrow and a tag is expected on Thursday.

 

2) hackaton:  there is a plan to prepare a snapshot "release" from the next branch before the hackatlon.
